Introduction

These are the general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) pertaining to the use of Bokra for Formation and Management of Securities’ Portfolios and Investment Funds’ website (the “Platform”).

The scope of this Terms addresses the Terms applicable to your usage of our online Platform, which includes the website www.bokra.com, the mobile application developed for iOS, Android, and Huawei, and the online portal.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform and each time before using a new feature on the Platform. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Platform.

Definitions and Interpretation

Account: The account held by the Client with the Company for the purpose of investment management via the Platform.

Business Day: Any day other than Friday, Saturday, or public holidays in Egypt.

Client: Refers to the user or investor holding an account with the Company.

Company: Bokra for Formation and Management of Securities’ Portfolios and Investment Funds.

Investment Instruments: Products including stocks, sukuk, mutual funds, gold, silver, real estate, and fixed income.

Managed Assets: Investment Instruments managed by the Company for the Client.

General

The Platform is developed and managed by the Company.

The Company may offer its Services to potential customers through the Platform or through any other manner or form as determined by Bokra in its sole discretion.

By signing these Terms, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the Service.

The Company has the full right to validate your identity by concluding any Know Your Customer (“KYC”) requirements.

All contents published are licensed to, or owned by the Company and are subject to legal protections.

Representations

By creating an Account and using the Platform, you agree to make the following representations:

You have the capacity and authority to enter into a legally binding Portfolio Agreement with us.
You are a natural person, at least 21 years of age, and of sound mind.
Minors aged 15-21 may invest up to EGP 40,000 with self-earned funds or legal permissions.
You will provide and maintain accurate registration and KYC information.
You understand that fraudulent misrepresentation is a criminal offense in Egypt.
You are not insolvent or legally restricted from entering into this agreement.
You will keep your login credentials secure and accept responsibility for any unauthorized access.
You will not transfer or assign your Account to anyone else.
You will not use the Platform in any way that is harmful to the Company or other users.
False representations or failure to meet KYC requirements may result in account termination or legal action.

Cookies

This Platform uses cookies to optimize your experience by storing information related to your preferences and browser type.

You may delete or disable cookies via your browser settings. However, doing so may impair your ability to access or fully use the Platform.

Acceptable Use Policy

By using this Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws in Egypt or your local jurisdiction.

The following uses of the Platform are prohibited:

Any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful use of the Platform.
Use of viruses, malware, or any malicious software.
Automated data collection without consent (e.g., scraping, data mining).
Sending spam, unsolicited communications, or pyramid schemes.
Republishing or commercial use of Platform content without permission.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or copy the Platform's code or functionality.
Accessing the Platform for competitive purposes.
Content that violates intellectual property, is obscene, offensive, or impersonates others.
Disrupting network operations or unauthorized access attempts.

User Accounts on the Platform

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials safe. Unauthorized access resulting from negligence is your responsibility.

You must notify us immediately of any breach. You may delete your account anytime, and we may suspend accounts for violations.

User Content

User Content includes anything submitted via forums, chats, or forms. It must not be unlawful, harmful, or infringe on rights.

We do not monitor all content and are not liable for it. You’re responsible for any consequences of your submissions.

User Content License

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute it. You waive all moral rights.

Privacy

By using this Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy. We may access your data if required by law or to address service issues.

The Company’s Rights and Ownership

All Platform content (excluding User Content) is the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce or republish any of it without prior consent.

Disclaimers

All projections (e.g. yields) are indicative and subject to change. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Investments carry risks including the potential loss of principal.

We manage your funds as per your Investment Plan but cannot guarantee outcomes due to market volatility and unforeseen events.

Top-ups, contributions, and withdrawals are subject to operational timelines and may take time to fully process.

The Platform is provided “as-is” without warranties. We disclaim liability for any damages from use, data loss, or errors.

Inconsistent Monthly Contributions

Consistent contributions help meet investment goals. Missing contributions may affect your portfolio’s performance.

Withdrawal Requests

If you initiate a withdrawal but don’t complete it, your funds will remain invested unless otherwise instructed in writing.

Account Erasure and Deletion

You can request deletion at any time. All yields must be settled and balances cleared before deletion is final and irreversible.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage unless explicitly stated by law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify the Company and its affiliates from any legal claims, disputes, or losses resulting from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

General Terms

Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver. Invalid terms will be severed. These Terms do not create a partnership or agency relationship.

Notices may be delivered via hand, courier, or email. Communications must be in English.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Egyptian law and subject to Cairo courts. Disputes should first be addressed via the complaint process.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
