Sales Admin

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Sales Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily property listings, maintaining our inventory, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across multiple platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and other teams. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Listing Properties: Upload and update property listings on our website and other real estate platforms. 

  • Inventory Management: Keep our property inventory up to date, ensuring all details are accurate and current. 

  • Daily Communication: Coordinate with developers, sales teams, and other internal departments to collect property data, clarify details, and ensure smooth workflow. 

  • Platform Listings: Ensure all listings are accurately represented on various online platforms and external sites. 

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Aqar team and other departments to streamline processes and achieve business objectives. 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within the real estate industry. 

  • Background: A background in real estate is preferred, but not mandatory. 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team. 

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in inventory and listings. 

  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
