Product Manager

Job Summary

As a Product Manager at Bokra, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and leading the development of new and existing products. Your expertise will drive the development of user-centric products that distinguish us in the marketplace and deliver value to our customers.

  • Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Product Vision and Roadmapping:Define and articulate the product vision anstrategy in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and market opportunities.

  • Market and Customer Research:Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.Translate insights into actionable product initiatives and enhancements.

  • Collaboration with Design and Tech Teams:Work closely with UI/UX designers and engineering teams to ensure product designs are user-friendly and aligned with technical capabilities.Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure product requirements are met.

  • Product Backlog and User Stories:Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is organized, transparent, and understood by all stakeholders.Prioritize features and tasks based on business impact and customer value.Lead the development and refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.

  • Sprint Planning and Agile Leadership:Facilitate sprint planning sessions and scrum meetings to ensure a clear understanding of objectives and deliverables.Monitor progress within sprints, helping to adjust and reprioritize tasks as needed to meet product goals.

  • Performance Metrics and Iteration:Analyze product performance metrics and gather user feedback to inform product decisions.Drive continuous product improvements based on quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Go-to-Market and Product Launches:Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies.Coordinate product launches to ensure comprehensive market reach and impact.


  • Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in a related field

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with sprint planning and user story creation.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple products simultaneously

  • Experience with project management software (e.g.,JIRA, Trello) 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

  • Analytical and creative thinking skills with a passion for user-centered design.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
