Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting a wide range of marketing activities, assisting with campaign execution, and helping to create engaging content that drives user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior marketing team members to help execute marketing strategies across multiple channels and gain exposure to a wide range of marketing functions. Key Responsibilities 

  • Campaign Support:
    Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, paid media, and content creation.

  • Content Creation & Management:
    Help create and manage content for our digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and other promotional materials. Ensure that content aligns with our brand voice and engages our audience.

  • Social Media Management:
    Monitor and manage social media accounts, schedule posts, track engagement, and respond to user inquiries. Assist in growing our online community and brand presence.

  • Market Research:
    Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to help guide marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Assist in tracking key marketing metrics (such as website traffic, email open rates, and social media engagement). Prepare basic reports and provide insights to improve campaign performance.

  • Event Support:
    Help organize and promote online or offline marketing events, webinars, or partnerships to increase brand awareness and user engagement.

  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, customer support) to ensure the timely and efficient execution of marketing initiatives. Provide administrative support to senior marketing team members.

    Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience in the fintech industry is a plus

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, including social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Arabic is a must)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
