Job Summary

As the Head of Content at Bokra, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that amplify our brand's impact and reach. You will oversee a team of content creators, ensuring they produce high-quality content aligned with our brand's voice and objectives.

  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with our business objectives. 

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content creators to ensure high-quality output. 

  • Brand Voice: Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels. 

  • Content Calendar: Create and oversee a content calendar that effectively reaches our target audience. 

  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize future strategies. 

  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals. 

    Qualifications

    • Proven Experience: 5-7 years of experience in content strategy and management. 

    • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team of content creators. 

    • Creative Vision: A strong understanding of storytelling and content creation. 

    • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute effective content strategies. 

    • Data-driven: Experience using data analytics to inform content decisions. 

    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech or investment is a plus.
