Executive Assistant/Board Secretary

Job Summary

This role involves providing top-level administrative support to the Bokra Company’s senior management and board of directors. With 5 years of experience, you will facilitate effective communication and coordination, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the executive level. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and schedules for executives. 

  • Prepare board meeting agendas, materials, and minutes. 

  • Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with governance requirements. 

  • Handle communications and correspondence on behalf of the board. 

  • Assist in strategic projects and report preparation for board meetings. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 

  • 5+ years as an executive assistant or similar role. 

  • Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in office and scheduling software.
