Operations Manager
Job Summary
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational functions across Bokra Holding and its subsidiaries. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with industry regulators. Additionally, you will need to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with the business objectives. One of your Key responsibilities includes managing process improvements, integrating technology solutions, and establishing performance metrics to support our commitment towards exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the
Business objectives and enhance overall operations efficiency.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within investment operations, client service, and reporting, implementing best practices to drive operational excellence.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Risk Management: Oversee risk management initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while minimizing operational risks.
Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT to automate Operations, implement and optimize technology solutions that enhance operational capabilities and streamline workflow.
Be aware of any technical issue that might affect the operations and manage it with the IT
Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive improvements. Overseeing day-to-day operations with the team to ensure smooth functioning and to be able to predict and manage any future risks.
Client Relationship Management: Partner with client-facing teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and timely resolution of operational issues.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide top management with comprehensive reports, analyses, and insights to support strategic decisions that will shape Bokra Holding's future.
Vendor Relationships: Maintain relationships with all second parties (operational service providers) including banks, payment companies, and brokerage firms. Managing the call center SLA or any other service provider that might impact the operations.
Collaboration:Partner closely with internal teams, including Product and Finance, to support their tasks related to product implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
10+ years of experience in operations within the asset management or financial services industry is a must.
Strong understanding of asset management processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization.
