Motion Graphics Specialist
Job Summary
The Motion Graphics Specialist for bokra will be required to create visually stunning and engaging motion graphics to elevate the user experience within the bokra communications, collaborate with designers and product managers to bring app features and functionalities to life through animation, stay ahead of the curve on motion graphics trends and techniques, Contribute to building and maintaining the bokra brand identity through captivating motion design. Should be able to craft a story visually and should be able to collaborate with stakholders in a productive manner.
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a passion for storytelling, digital marketing, on-ground, and base engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Motion Graphics Creation: Develop visually compelling motion graphics for various projects, including but not limited to videos, animations, presentations, and advertisements.
Conceptualization and Storyboarding: Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize ideas and translate them into storyboard visuals, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
Animation and Visual Effects: Utilize industry-standard software (such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools) to animate graphics, create visual effects, and enhance overall project aesthetics.
Graphic Design Integration: Seamlessly integrate motion graphics with existing graphic designs, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all projects.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final delivery, adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, videographers, editors, and clients, to gather feedback, incorporate revisions, and ensure project alignment.
Technical Proficiency: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics design and animation, continuously enhancing technical skills and knowledge.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on completed projects to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications and brand guidelines.
Problem Solving and Innovation: Identify creative solutions to overcome technical challenges or limitations, exploring innovative approaches to enhance visual storytelling and audience engagement.
Client Interaction: Present concepts and project updates to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed to meet client expectations and ensure satisfaction with the final deliverables.
Documentation and Asset Management: Maintain organized files, documentation, and project assets, ensuring easy access, version control, and efficient collaboration within the team.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Adapt to changing project requirements, deadlines, and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and agility in responding to evolving client needs and market trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in motion graphics design, animation, or a similar role, preferably in a dynamic creative environment.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to conceptualize and develop visually compelling motion graphics that align with project objectives and client requirements.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret project briefs, understand client needs, and adapt design concepts accordingly.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software tools for motion graphics and animation, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and stakeholder feedback, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality motion graphics projects.
