Job Summary

The primary focus of this role will be to develop visually appealing presentations, infographics, tiny animations, and assist with day-to-day graphic design tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in graphic design principles, proficiency in relevant software tools, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design Creation: Develop visually appealing designs, graphics, and layouts for various projects such as marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and websites, while adhering to brand guidelines.

  2. Conceptualization: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas, taking into account client requirements, target audience, and project objectives.

  3. Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and stay updated on industry-standard design tools and techniques.

  4. Typography and Layout: Apply principles of typography and layout to create designs that effectively communicate messages, enhance readability, and maintain visual consistency.

  5. Image Editing: Edit and retouch images as needed to enhance visual appeal and ensure they align with project requirements and brand standards.

  6. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

  7. Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

  8. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on designs to identify and correct errors, ensure accuracy, and maintain brand integrity before finalizing deliverables.

  9. Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve skills and stay relevant in the field of graphic design.

  10. Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders, both verbally and visually, to articulate design concepts, gather feedback, and address any concerns or revisions.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in arts, graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant Experience: Proven experience of 1-3 years in graphics design, or a similar role, preferably within a dynamic creative environment.

• Creative Aptitude: Strong creative skills demonstrated through the ability to conceptualize and develop visually compelling visuals that effectively align with project objectives and client requirements.

• Analytical Skills: Possesses an analytical mindset with the capability to interpret project briefs, comprehend client needs, and adapt design concepts accordingly, ensuring effective communication of messages through motion graphics.

• Software Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard software tools for graphics and animation.

• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Adaptability: Flexible in adapting to changing project requirements and stakeholder feedback, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality visuals projects that exceed expectations.
