Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for investors, responding to inquiries and providing accurate and timely information about the company's performance, financial results, and prospects.

2. Financial Reporting: Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of financial reports, including earnings releases, and annual reports.

3. Investor Outreach: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain investors, including organizing investor meetings, events, and conferences. Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

4. Market Intelligence: Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and competitors' activities to provide insights to senior management and guide investor relations strategies. Gather feedback from investors and analysts to inform decision-making and improve investor communications.

5. Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and best practices, including transparency, disclosure, and shareholder engagement. Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and shareholder meetings.

6. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, legal, and marketing to ensure alignment between investor relations activities and overall business objectives. Provide support and guidance on investor-related matters to other functions within the organization.

Qualifications:

·       A bachelor’s degree in economics or finance is preferable.

·       3-5 years of experience, preferably in financial research houses or financial research institutions.

·       Proficient presentation and communication skills.

·       Attention to detail combined with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

·       Proficient analytical Skills.
