Account Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in insurance to join Bokra. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, provide tailored financial solutions, and leverage their expertise in insurance to support the Bokra’s growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, providing personalized financial advice and services.
• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with clients’ insurance portfolios and financial goals.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop insurance-based financial products and solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with informed advice.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, insurance, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in an insurance firm.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and how they intersect with investment strategies.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present solutions in a clear, concise manner.
